Hautapu Welders was established over 60 years ago by Colin Blackman, to service the local Waikato farming industry.
40 years later, in 1998, Derek Hoyle and his father went into partnership and purchased the company from his uncle Colin. HW has focused on making things easier for farmers and contractors by developing a range of earthmoving machinery from Tip Trailers through to Starting Gates for the Horsing industry. Although we have a set range of developed products we are approachable and willing to do whatever it takes to help our customers lives easier with new machinery. Our aim is to forever build on our great reputation so that we become the most recognised brand for quality products especially in the rural market . We believe that our culture as a team is, and will always be, the key to our success.
This means we have to keep promises, provide our customers with quality products every time and never cut corners when it comes to customer service. All of our products come with a full 24 months warranty on all working parts except wear and tear
Starting off the MAXI Range’ is the MAXI Scraper M300 designed for the operator who has a tractor of 80hp or more. Starting off the Drawbar scraper range is the D300 designed for the operator who has a tractor of 80hp or more. 4 mere wide cut, generous you bigger capacity of 5 m 3 and a faster job.
